As a certified executive leadership coach, Joanne works with leaders and their teams, utilizing her advanced training in organization systems coaching, team coaching, and co-active facilitation. She has been trained and certified with the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation, as well as receiving advanced training in Organization and Relationships Systems coaching. Additionally, she is a trained facilitator for Team Diagnostic, certified in the Learning in Action Emotional Intelligence assessment, and a certified solutions provider for OneSmartWorld.

Prior to launching Soulzatwork, Joanne's 25-plus-year career took her into senior roles in global corporations in the high-tech and pharmaceutical sectors, employee health management, strategic business development, marketing communications, and human resources, including leadership development, succession planning, and executive coaching. As an entrepreneur, Joanne has owned and operated her own fitness / wellness consulting business and worked as an external business and health consultant for numerous organizations. She has been part of business start-ups and worked with organizations experiencing huge market challenges. She currently works with leaders and teams in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

Joanne helps leaders "get real", access their authentic leadership capacity, and lead their lives and businesses in ways that produce fulfilling, sustainable results on their own terms. Her mission is to be a catalyst for leaders and teams so they can leverage their natural strengths in service of inspiring people while transforming organizations. For more than 20 years, Sarah has provided human resources consulting and coaching services in Canada and abroad. She has extensive experience in hiring and coaching individuals and teams at all levels.

In 2007, Sarah and her client Ovarian Cancer Canada won the Prism Award. This award is given by the International Coach Federation to organizations that have achieved excellence through leadership coaching. Sarah holds the designation of ATC from the Adler School of Professional Coaching.

Sarah coaches in a variety of sectors, including high-tech, healthcare, media, environmental engineering, and not-for-profit. Outside the corporate arena, Sarah works with individuals seeking to make changes in their careers and personal lives, as well as those who have faced a life threatening illness.

Sarah brings her expertise to building the infrastructure and programs necessary to support organizations through the various stages of change. Barbara attained her Ph.D. in clinical pharmacology from the University of Lund in Sweden while on international assignment. She is a certified co-active coach through The Coaches Training Institute. She is also has advanced coach training in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching.

David has over-20 years of health industry and financial services experience in global and start-up organizations, and is presently working as an executive in the financial services sector. He has graduate degrees in business and science, and is a trained coach from The Coaches Training Institute.

David is also the author of The Soul Café, a critically-acclaimed novel about leadership and authenticity, and has recently completed his second novel The Urban Angel. He is currently working on his third book, a compilation of leadership stories.

David’s leadership experience has revealed one immutable truth: leaders have the capacity to inspire and be the catalyst for brilliance, as well as to demoralize and be responsible for failure.
