  1 Overview of electrical fire monitoring system

  The Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system is an industrial-grade hardware/software system that operates on a computer to receive field device signals such as residual current electrical fire detectors to achieve alarm, monitoring, control, and management of protected electrical circuits. The system is applied to intelligent buildings, high-rise apartments, hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, national key fire protection units, petrochemicals, culture, education, health, finance, telecommunications, etc., telemetry, remote adjustment, detectors scattered in the building, Remote control, remote communication, easy to achieve monitoring and management. It complies with the standards of GB 14287-2005 "Electrical Fire Monitoring System" and GB 13955-2005 "Installation and Operation of Residual Current Action Protection Device".

  3 Electrical fire monitoring system function

  3.1 Monitoring alarm

  ● Real-time status of the monitored loop switch: opening/closing

  ●Residual current type fault: fault unit attribute (part, detector model)

  ● Linkage input: 1 passive contact

  ●Monitoring alarm response time: ≤30s

  ●Monitor alarm sound signal: manual elimination, when there is an alarm signal input again, it can be started again

  ●Monitoring alarm light signal: red LED indicator

  3.2 Fault alarm

  ● The connection line between the monitoring device and the detector is open and shorted

  ●Monitor equipment mains undervoltage (≤80 mains voltage) or overvoltage (≥110 mains voltage)

  ● When the above fault occurs in the monitoring equipment, it can emit an acousto-optic fault alarm signal that is clearly different from the monitoring alarm signal.

  ● Fault alarm response time: ≤100s

  ●Fault alarm sound signal: manual elimination, when there is an alarm signal input again, it can be started again

  ● Fault alarm light signal: yellow LED indicator

  ● During the fault, the normal operation of the non-faulty loop is not affected.

  3.3 Control output

  ● Remote operation of opening or closing of individual or all monitored units

  ● Alarm control output: normally open passive contact, capacity: AC250V 3A or DC30V 3A

  3.4 Self-test

  ●Connection check: open and short circuit of communication line

  ● Equipment self-test: manual inspection or system self-test

  ● Self-testing time: ≤60s

  3.5 Alarm record

  ●Alarm type: fault event type, occurrence time, fault description

  ● Alarm event query: query according to the record date, fault type and other conditions

  ● Alarm record printing: store, query and print alarm records (optional)

  3.6 Operational classification

  ● Daily duty class: You can enter the software interface to view real-time monitoring, eliminate alarm sounds and query alarm records.

  ●Monitoring operation level: It can operate other operations except for information maintenance of the system itself.

  ● System management level: any functional module of the operating system

  4 Technical indicators

  4.1 Working power supply

  ●Main power supply: AC220V 50Hz (allows 85~110 range change)

  ● Backup power supply: When the main power supply is low voltage or power failure, maintain the monitoring equipment working time ≥ 4h

  4.2 Work system and transmission method

  24-hour working system, Modbus-RTU communication protocol, RS485 half-duplex bus mode, transmission distance of 1km (can extend communication transmission distance through repeater).
