Our one-on-one executive leadership coaching is designed to sharpen your skills as an effective, focused leader. Having firsthand experience in the high tech field, we understand your world. All of our skilled professional leadership coaches are tenacious, fiercely honest, and incredibly compassionate for the role and commitment you have to lead.
Leadership development training and coaching is available in-person in Toronto and throughout Southern Ontario, or by telephone to our clients across North America.
The Leadership Coaching Process:
Step 1:
A complimentary conversation or leadership coaching session to determine the fit of the coaching relationship.
Step 2:
2 hour Discovery Session (in person in Toronto and Southern Ontario or by telephone elsewhere) - includes a pre-work package emailed to you
may include several personal online leadership assessments ( determined between client and coach)
Step 3:
a minimum of six months of leadership coaching twice per month by telephone (45 minutes per session)
a six month check-in conversation to assess the direction of the leadership coaching
