Women's Leadership Lunch & Learn Workshop
Title: What's Your Next Bold Move?
Time: 1.5 - 2.0 hours
This lunch and learn workshop is an upbeat, interactive session that explores self-awareness and choice, the first 2 steps in the transformative inner leadership journey to being a more compelling, self confident woman leader. It takes courage to step into your own unique style of leadership. The invitation is for women leaders to consider consciously creating their own brand of leadership that is rooted in their natural strengths and talents. The opportunity that awaits you is realizing the potential of the real leader that is lies within.
Our lunch and learn workshops appeal to busy women business professionals. Ideally these women will be managers or leaders within organizations, and have been in these management positions for at least three to five years.
This great lunch and learn session introduces women to the concept of conscious intention and how to begin to choose to create their own brand of leadership from who they really are.

Joanne is a principal in Soulzatwork, and she is passionate about leadership and supporting leaders to be authentic and courageous in shifting the status quo. She has worked with hundreds of leaders in her career in employee health, business development, marketing communications and HR in the high tech and pharmaceuticals prior to starting Soulzatwork in 2003.
Her clients call her a strategic thinker - an inspiration, irreverent and challenging as she invites them to push the limits of what they thought possible for their leadership.
'Hold yourself lightly' is a mantra she shares with clients.
Joanne is a certified professional coach, trained in organization and relationship systems coaching and a trained coach facilitator for Team Diagnostic.
Ultimately the power of the work has shown itself with many clients - they have achieved new success, greater fulfillment and created a impact of stellar results while creating and sustaining amazing work relationships.
Joanne is the recipient of the 2007 Prism Award for achievement of excellence through leadership coaching. This award is granted by the International Coach Federation. Joanne and Sarah Robinson coached and continue to coach the leadership team of Ovarian Cancer Canada.

Laura's primary coaching focus is to help women professionals intentionally transform the leadership of their work, life and teams, to ensure that they experience effective as well as a meaningful contribution. Laura works with women leaders and their teams through one on one coaching and co-active workshops in corporate, not for profit and university environments.
Laura is an experienced business professional with many years spent in a leading global medical organization as a senior HR professional. In her own business Laura works as a career development consultant, not for profit leader and professional leadership coach.
Laura has developed a deep knowledge of the transformative process that women must navigate as they develop significant careers that balance business requirements, professional development, life phases, and other priorities. She's created a proven process for transformation that draws on her advanced training in adult education and leading edge coach training. It also integrates wisdom from the lessons learned from her rapid corporate career advancement to senior level responsibility; guiding hundreds of career challenged adults to new opportunities; contributing many years to community building; returning to university in mid-life; raising a family, caring for elders and developing a thriving coaching business.
Laura knows what it takes to create sustainable and effective leadership that supports individuals, teams and organizations that over time leaves a meaningful contribution. Her work is a reflection of her passion to help professional women lead significantly and effectively, as they thrive both professionally and personally.
Praised as a gifted and intuitive facilitator, the combination of a Master of Education degree from OISE/University of Toronto, coaching certifications with The Coaches Training Institute and The International Coach Federation as well as advanced coach training in organization and relationship systems coaching, enable Laura to really engage a group and inspire the individual.
Laura also holds advanced training in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching for partners, teams and families and coaches teams, in alliance with SoulzatworkTM.
She is currently active in The Company of Women, Career Professionals of Canada and the International Coach Federation and is a co-leader of a global virtual learning community, 'Women as Leaders'.
