Our team has senior leadership experience in sales, marketing communications, business development, human resources, consulting and leading successful teams.

Joanne is passionate about contributing to the creation of more humane workplaces.
Prior to launching Soulzatwork, Joanne's 20+ year career took her into senior roles in global corporations (in the high tech and pharmaceutical sectors) in employee health management, strategic business development, marketing communications and human resources including leadership development, succession planning and executive coaching. As an entrepreneur, Joanne has owned and operated her own fitness / wellness consulting business and worked as an external business and health consultant for numerous organizations.
Joanne understands that leaders must act fast, work with integrity and get results. She is a strategic thinker and her clients can count on her to ensure that the business context is front and centre as they develop their team. She has been part of business start-ups and worked with organizations experiencing huge market challenges. She currently works with leaders and teams in the corporate and not for profit sectors.
As a certified executive leadership coach, Joanne works with leaders and their teams - utilizing her advanced training in organization systems coaching, team coaching and co active facilitation. She designs and delivers custom solutions focused on creating team success based on collaboration, while capitalizing on the diversity in the team. Through her writing, in newsletters, published articles and a book called 'Awakening the Workplace', Joanne shares her stories about leading from a place of truth, grace and dignity.

For more than 20 years, Sarah has provided Human Resource consulting and coaching services in Canada and abroad. She has extensive experience in hiring and coaching individuals and teams at all levels. Sarah brings her expertise to building the infrastructure and programs necessary to support organizations through the various stages of change. Her particular gift is in supporting individuals and organizations through times of significant transition. Sarah has the ability to put people at ease, build strong relationships and facilitate change with her warm and engaging personality.
Sarah uses the Team Diagnostic Assessment process - a leading edge methodology - with leaders and their teams. This process provides a comprehensive profile of the team's current reality from the inside out. It enables the team to gain powerful insight and awareness of existing team strengths and challenges.
