The Leadership Coaching Process: It is a step wise process.
1. A complimentary conversation or leadership coaching session to determine the fit of the coaching relationship.
2. 2 hour Discovery Session (in person in Toronto or by telephone elsewhere) - includes a pre-work package emailed to you
3. may include several personal online leadership assessments ( determined between client and coach)
