Joanne McLean PCC, CPCC, Soulzatwork
Joanne is a principal in Soulzatwork, and she is passionate the world having more women leaders who courageously lead from who they really are. She works with women leaders in organizations in the high tech, pharmaceutical, financial and not for profit sectors. She challenges and supports them to be authentic and courageous in creating breakthroughs for themselves and the organizations they serve. She has developed hundreds of leaders in her career in employee health, business development, marketing communications and HR in the high tech and healthcare sectors prior to starting Soulzatwork in 2003. Her clients call her a strategic thinker - an inspiration, irreverent and challenging as she invites them to push the limits of what they thought possible for their leadership and the evolution of their teams.
'Hold yourself lightly' is a mantra she shares with clients.
Joanne is a certified professional coach, trained in organization and relationship systems coaching and a trained coach facilitator for Team Diagnostic, a systems assessment for teams.
