Joanne has developed her company Soulzatwork to help leaders and business owners to "get real", access their authentic leadership capacity and lead their lives and businesses in ways that produce fulfilling, sustainable results, on their own terms. Her mission is to be a catalyst for successful business professionals, helping them clarify and leverage their natural strengths, in service of creating meaning in their work and lives. Joanne is passionate about helping people create the work and life they want, with ease.
Prior to launching SoulzatworkTM, Joanne's 20+ year career journey took her into senior roles in global corporations (in the high tech and pharmaceutical sectors) in employee health management, strategic business development, marketing communications and human resources including leadership development, succession planning and executive coaching. This diverse business experience has facilitated her ability to work strategically with leaders and their teams. As an entrepreneur, Joanne has owned and operated her own fitness and wellness consulting business and worked as an external business and health consultant for numerous organizations.
As a certified leadership and business development coach, Joanne works with leaders and seasoned business professionals to re create their lives and their work in alignment with their values, passions and purpose - resulting in work and life that are fulfilling, sustainable and successful, on their terms. Through her writing, in newsletters, published articles and a new book called 'Awakening the Workplace', Joanne shares her stories about leading from a place of truth and integrity.
Joanne's work is a reflection of her passion for the power of the human spirit, combined with a disciplined process to create both a life and work that are extraordinary. As people enter the second half of their lives, they get to choose to design more of what they want, accessing their creative wisdom and their courage for shifting the status quo.
